Pramod Raghavan
Having experience of over 30 years at “senior positions” in both Manufacturing and Service Sectors handling cross-functional matters related to Foreign Trade Policy, SEZ, FTWZ, GST, EOU, Taxation- Indirect/Direct, Customs & Allied acts, Commercial section, Many central and state laws. Pramod was also responsible for advising company about policies, its implementation and timely modifications.
He directly interacted at ministerial levels with Dept. of Commerce / Revenue, Development Commissioners-SEZ, DGFT, DGEP, Directorates of Dept. of Revenue, Appellate authorities, RBI, Govt. of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh for policy matters, VAT, Industries, Incentives, Pollution Control, Project approvals, etc.
Having working knowledge of government schemes for promotion of Exports, Manufacturing & Service Sectors, Supply Chain and Logistics, Insurance, Indirect Taxation, GST. Working at senior management levels instrumental in policy decision, adopting schemes from conception to successful implementation. I keep myself updated with the changing scenario and legislation.
During his long career spanning over 30 years, Pramod has worked with Polar group, Piramals, Reliance and Arshiya group of companies across India.

Vinod Parekh
Vinod Parekh, a Law Graduate and Member of Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa has been practicing in the area of SEZ, Customs, Litigation, Securities law and Infrastructure projects for the last 20 years. He has vast experience in drafting of contracts, preparing title search report, banking and financing documentation, handling Bankruptcy and Insolvency related cases.
He has vast experience of advising clients in structuring of transactions, Financial Closure, vetting Concession Agreements (MSW, Road, Power, Port and other allied infra projects), besides representing market intermediaries before the Securities Appellate Tribunal & SEBI. He has successfully lead M&A transactions. He has conducted various legal due diligence for asset reconstruction organization with regard to the non-performing assets.
He has profound knowledge of real estate and infrastructure transactions and has been instrumental in providing advice/services to clients with respect to joint venture, re-development, property search, negotiating and finalizing commercially and legally viable agreements, procuring approval for development of the land and building from various government agencies, registration of various legal documents before the various government authorities, property search, filing case in property disputes, etc.
He is well versed in SEZ regulations and customs laws, he regularly advises Exporters and Importers of Goods. He regularly appears before various authorities like DRI, SEZ, DC, M&P, SIB, etc. for the offences concerning Customs and SEZ Act.
